We help our clients design and implement a customized plan focused on pursuing life dreams and financial goals. We do this by providing quality guidance, education, and service with a truly personal relationship. Please take some time to learn more about us, how we help our clients, and what we can do for you.
Who We ARE
The goal of the founders of ADK Wealth Advisory Group was to create a financial firm that was centered on the client. At their first firm, Dan and Cory saw the perils and pitfalls of proprietary products and advice before analysis. Our firm will always strive to fully understand your situation before making any recommendations. We view our role as educators, helping our clients to understand their many options in a complex financial world. Since trust is essential, we strive to have a truly personal relationship with each client.
OUR SERVICES
Your investment management decisions are driven by your needs and goals, not our desire to sell products. Once we have a working plan, we will tailor your investments to meet your needs. Unlike many financial advisors, our team's background is in finance, not sales. We combine cutting edge mathematics and technology with analysis to choose from some of the premier money managers. Our philosophy focuses on reducing risk through true diversification including alternative investments.
Retirement is a serious life event. Like all of life's most important decisions, we should attempt to fully understand our situation, our objectives, and our options before we begin to make real choices. Then, we need real advice that can help implement that plan. Investors have been through a whirlwind over the last few years, which brings home the need for real diversification. Nevertheless, we often find that the critical decision was not just how to invest, but could be when to retire or how to save. Without knowing the questions, it is difficult to know the answers.
We can help you develop strategies to minimize your tax exposure during all phases of your life. Many people overlook relatively simple strategies to reduce their overall risk of taxation. Our modelling can help you reduce your tax exposure today while planning for tomorrow. We frequently work with CPAs and other tax professionals to make sure the advice you receive from all of your advisors is compatible and working in your best interest.
ADK can help you develop customized strategies to help pass on your assets when you decease. Detailed planning is often crucial to truly understand your needs and your options. We will work with your attorney to draft a plan tailored to your desires. While many of us focus only on today, planning our legacy is not to be overlooked.
We integrate your protection strategy into the rest of your financial plan. We can discuss various life insurance strategies and compare the various costs and benefits. We can review your property and casualty insurance to make sure you are appropriately covered. We also provide Long Term Care insurance for later in life.
We also plan around other special situations. We are adept at dealing with needs for education. We have experience with families with special needs members. We have several entrepreneurs and small business owners as clients. Your needs are as unique as you are, and we want to help.

Dan DAvis Market Updates

As we begin 2025, ADK wants to share our market update views for 2024 and 2025.

30+ years ago, I heard one of our top portfolio managers say, "When your party losses an election you think the markets will tank. When your party wins you think the markets will do great". He then went on to teach me Fed Policy, the economy and corporate earnings are the key variables. I have observed election risk can add fuel if something happens but is not the main catalyst to pre-election volatility. However, the few days after an election are driven more by the election being over than anything else.

Friday and Monday market conditions can spook investors, but it should not scare our clients. This is why we started reducing equities and moving growth to value throughout the year. We also eliminated Japan from our model. This current shock started with the "Japanese Carry" trade unraveling. It is impossible to determine where this goes. If it turns up quickly we will do very little. If this is a bloodletting we will use it to increase our equity allocation and growth equity positions (a reversal of earlier moves). Time will tell.

MARKET OUTLOOK
As we reach the halfway point of 2024, a sense of persistence defines the economic and market landscape. Trends from late 2023 have continued, with surprisingly resilient economic growth mixed with stubborn but decelerating inflation. Equity markets have thrived and regained all the lost ground from 2022. On the other hand, the bond market still grapples with policy uncertainty and remains range bound for the most part.
While it’s tempting to forecast a continuation of these trends, our analysis suggests an impending shift. The economy looks poised to cool down in the second half, which will have an impact on both policy and markets.
To navigate this evolving landscape, we leverage the expertise of LPL’s Strategic & Tactical Asset Allocation Committee (STAAC), which identifies potential risks and opportunities. In today’s higher-rate environment, the STAAC believes investors have more options. By prioritizing income generation and remaining patient and disciplined with equities, investors can navigate the upcoming potential uncertainty with continued success.
No matter what the markets and economy throw our way, LPL Research remains committed to providing the best possible guidance. It's a privilege to be in this role, and we truly appreciate the trust and confidence you continue to place in us.
